Yes, Your Dog is Dead, But Look How Clean His Teeth Are!

Filed under: Animals — Posted by Irony Queen

Greenies, the doggie dental treat, are the subject of a multi-million dollar lawsuit, in which it is claimed that Greenies are responsible for the deaths of several dogs. The dogs’ deaths occurred when the Greenies caused esophageal and intestinal blockage.

But Greenie inventor Joe Roetheli, in responding to the lawsuit, says that people should be focusing on the dental benefits of Greenies, and that “Greenies are saving dogs’ lives by lowering the risk of periodontal disease.”

“Dogs really love the product!” he said. “They do a very effective job of cleaning teeth and freshening breath.”*

*Before they lodge in the esophagus or intestine.

So sure, your dog is dead, but boy will their teeth be clean going into the after life!
