Traffic Enforcement Officer Ticketed and Demoted for Speeding to Traffic Safety Conference

Filed under: Business, Human Nature, Law — Posted by Fancy Pants on February 18th, 2006

Spokane police officer Dean Sprague was given a speeding ticket - and ultimately demoted - for speeding not once, but twice, at speeds in excess over 100mph. Sprague was the traffic enforcement officer supervisor and, when he received the ticket that broke the camel’s back, was speeding on his way to a traffic safety conference.
