Man Arrested for Possession After Turning His Dealer in for Fraud

A man in Germany was arrested after he complained to police that his dealer ripped him off by selling him “completely unenjoyable” pot of “absolutely mediocre quality.”

What is it with the potheads of the world? Are they just that stupid? Or just that stoned? Last month a man was arrested after reporting his marijuana stolen.

Well, duh!
